I found this app via a friend. I downloaded and just monitored. On 1/1/26 I was unknowingly charged $217.91 for a service I did not need.
They claim they cannot refund as it is an apple function. The problem is theirs (Going). They are the ones responsible for the baited charge and then hide behind Apples "problem". It is not Apple who sets this app up to catch those unsuspecting trial users. Total BS.

I downloaded app but app wants me to login through website. Safari says website not https secure. Safari won’t let me continue to login even if I disregard warning. I can’t seem to just login from the app. I have to log in from website but I can’t.

I was an early adopter of Scott’s Cheap Flights (now Going). I paid for a couple years of premium but didn’t feel it was worth the money. Now trying to go back to the free version, you get nothing. Such a shame when a company gets popular and chooses greed.

The app takes so long to open and often freezes. When it works, its great. But developers need to work on optimizing it.
