Good app that needs optimization
The app takes so long to open and often freezes. When it works, its great. But developers need to work on optimizing it.
App freezes upon launch
It does this after I’ve put my gmail information in during login. Please remedy.

Old review: Trying to use the app as I have a membership but it won’t open. When it does, I see a pencil and “something went wrong” message. Happy to rewrite the review once it starts working.

Tremendously convenient and helpful app!
We have been looking for tickets to Sweden and South Africa. Going was VERY useful in planning and reserving our flights.
I want it to open the app from my email.
The app takes a bit to load. Also I want the app updated so that it will go to the app by default not ask me to log in on the website alone or at least give me the option of app or website as most emails now do.
Good Info but buggy
Love the service but the app is pretty buggy. The filters on iOS don’t work or the button doesn’t open. I find myself just navigating to the website to really be able to sort and filter through the content I want to look at. Otherwise a great service but the app experience needs a little work.

App doesn’t load, not as detailed as website
The app takes forever to load, if it ever even does load. The information within the app is not as detailed as the website and doesn’t give you any information about the deals other than the deal price and the base price, which makes it difficult to gauge how good the deal is. These issues render the app more or less useless — you’ll be done with your vacation planning with the website before you’ll pass the loading screen on the app.
Won’t Load Anymore
I left a review around when the app first launched and gave it five stars—I love the interface and it’s super promising! But I don’t know what happened, because now it takes forever to load. I’ve tapped on several interesting notifications, but I get stuck on the loading screen and will have to see the deal by email anyway. It seems to load better when I’m not tapping on notifications, but still wish it could be faster. I love Going, the app could just use some tweaks to make it more functional!
Love the website, app is super buggy
I love looking for deals on Going (one of these days I’ll find one that actually works for our schedule). However, the app is super buggy. The filter feature completely unavailable, when looking for flights it jumps back to the first flight that was popped up on the app, etc. Until the app is better developed I’m going to continue using the website.
App shows different results than web
Just downloaded the app. Did a couple of test searches. For both, the app showed fewer deals than the same search when logged in via the web. Am I missing something? No point in using the app if the web provides better results.
Hard to navigate
Apps okish just hard to find where your tracked flights are very buggy and crashes often
Lack of customization makes it useless
The deals look great until you see they're with certain airlines that won't even give you a carry on. So by the time you customize your flight, the price is far higher than promised. This would be remedied if you could filter airlines or include bag costs as you can with Google flights. But this app has zero customization settings. Makes it pretty pointless to use. Google flights is far more effective
Launched this app way too early
The website is great to find deals. This app is not. I could take a flight to the other side of the country and come back before this app loads. I get notifications about flight deals but when I click it it just gets stuck on the opening logo animation screen.
The 2 stars is mainly because you offer a great free trial unlike many other companies and the website is good.
However, It’s clear you invested more in UI Design than you did in UX or Engineering.
I’ll just stick to the website :)
Buggy app
The most recent update (2 days old) has made the app completely unusable. It won’t open at all, though it does send push notifications with no issue.
