On time pick up, driver attitude was great, safe driving.

★★☆☆☆ It's not certain that you'll be able to get a refund for an order canceled by the driver.

You can place a food order using a card, but the driver can cancel it with just one button, and the refund may take a long time or might not come at all. I just noticed that around 1 million IDR hasn't been returned to my card after unsuccessful purchases. Support is asking me to wait 14 days, contact the bank, and send them a report. Is this some kind of joke?
