Useful and mostly functional
It works quite well overall. Sometimes the driver position doesn’t update correctly, but this is rare. Lags occur in similar functionalities. Also it assigns drivers in strange ways, not sure the logic. A driver is sometimes quite far, then I cancel and try again only to get someone super close. Odd.

It's not certain that you'll be able to get a refund for an order canceled by the driver.
You can place a food order using a card, but the driver can cancel it with just one button, and the refund may take a long time or might not come at all. I just noticed that around 1 million IDR hasn't been returned to my card after unsuccessful purchases. Support is asking me to wait 14 days, contact the bank, and send them a report. Is this some kind of joke?
