I placed an order from Arby’s at about 9 a.m. to be delivered at 1 p.m.
I got a couple of emails confirming my order.
At 1:45 I got an email that my order had been canceled because of delivery issues.
If they were going to cancel, at least do it in a timely fashion so I could make other plans.
This does not look good for either Grubhub or Arby’s.

My order was 2 hours late, the food was cold and my order was missing two items. Gee thanks for the $5 reward for losing money on missing items than $5 will cover and my wasted time using your delivery app. I will be canceling my subscription and deleting this app. This is not the first time I’ve ordered and had issues. Third times a charm for me to say, NO MORE!
