Having using several of the apps for over a decade. GrubHub is by far the best. Unlike DoorDash and Uber Eats, GrubHub stands by their customers. They do not blame customers for the inability of the service to deliver food within the time promised. Thank you GrubHub.

I’m a big fan of GrubHub, and use it all the time. My only constructive feedback is that the live activity widget seems to regularly give updates that are not correct. For example, the live activity might pop up and say that the order is on the way, but then when I open the app, the driver hasn’t even been assigned yet. This tends to happen on orders that aren’t assigned or delivered right away. No big deal, but just something to watch for with future updates.
It’s good, too good, it costs a bit but like I don’t want to drive so it’s basically what I’d pay if I drove there myself. I’m finna get fat from ordering and not getting it myself smh
Wish the service fee was not so much
This is such a great service for when I wfh and get stuck at my desk during meal times!
They at Grubhub are so polite and helpful. They handle the problem efficiently until it’s solved. I love working through them.

It’s hard to hold e-commerce business models accountable, but GrubHub has shown integrity in my recent experience. We ordered food that my 25 year old was salivating for, but the order was canceled at the last minute. He was so disappointed, but GrubHub rewarded us with a promo code for the inconvenience. Now, he’s salivating again!
Even before service and delivery fee, the menu options are $2 more than on the restaurant website. Also, the options in grub hub are fewer than what is on the restaurant website.
I prefer Grubhub over every delivery service. They’re cx service is also great. However, I wish they had more options available.
I love Grub Hub. They are always on time and, compared with other similar platforms, Grub Hub doesn’t have hidden fees! Best offer in their field, bravo!

I wanted to cancel my order but the customer service page prompts you to sign in when you are already signed in. You click sign in and then it sits there and loads forever and never gives you any customer service.

Timing for delivery was good but the pick up needs to be verified so we do not need to get a refund and reorder. Very frustrating and disappointing.

It’s a little cheaper than other food delivery apps. Not many issues with app or workers. Great service!!!
It’s late on Saturday night. What a convenient way to get treats for a good weeks work.
There are a few places that I will avoid because I know it’s going to take forever to get the delivery when promised. When that does happen, however, Grubhub is good about compensating you with one click once your estimated delivery time window has come but your food hasn’t.
On time and the food is hot. And the drivers are courteous.
I switched to Grubhub and will never go back to DoorDash very professional on all ends! Now where I ordered from the food was good, but just keep in mind at “Just Turkey” a small tips is a SMALL tip. The tacos were flavorful but Just Turkey needs to work on packaging because the tortillas were mushy in the foil packaging. I will not order that from them again those tacos didn’t travel well.
I love Grubhub it’s my go to when ordered delivery from some of my favorite restaurants and fast food places!

Ordering from Grub Hub was simple and convenient, a conventional way to get your food.
Cheaper fees would be nice but other then that. Lol.
drivers never listen to delivery instructions and are always late/ in wrong place etc. restaurants will be closed yet open on the app. food always takes so long don't expect ice in your drink, don’t expect utensils and definitely don’t expect the order to be correct. nothing is ever fixed just refunded so if you’re hungry and have no way of driving and your order goes wrong, have fun staying hungry unless you want to try your odds on grubhub again.
Often food is missing or sloppy! Never remember utensils or napkins! Condiment sauces often missing!

100% failure rate for accuracy and on time delivery every time. No matter what something Is wrong and the order is late. They partially refund you based on ingredients that are incorrect. So if your orange slushie is red you get 15% refund; the ice, sugar and cup are still right.

I placed an order from Arby’s at about 9 a.m. to be delivered at 1 p.m. I got a couple of emails confirming my order. At 1:45 I got an email that my order had been canceled because of delivery issues. If they were going to cancel, at least do it in a timely fashion so I could make other plans. This does not look good for either Grubhub or Arby’s.
My order was 2 hours late, the food was cold and my order was missing two items. Gee thanks for the $5 reward for losing money on missing items than $5 will cover and my wasted time using your delivery app. I will be canceling my subscription and deleting this app. This is not the first time I’ve ordered and had issues. Third times a charm for me to say, NO MORE!
