User Reviews and Ratings

★★★☆☆ Subscription?

I’ve had this from the get go. Always enjoyed this camera but I loath subscriptions. I understand new features cost to develop but I’d rather just pay a reasonable upgrade fee than a subscription.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to change app icon

Unable to change the app icon to Silver Halide on my iPhone 13 mini running iOS 18. It keeps telling me to restart my device but nothing helps. Also please hide the iOS multitasking indicator on the bottom of the screen, just like Kino does. I have emailed you many times but still yet to get a reply.

★★★★★ So happy to find Halide

The quality of the photos is amazing. This is a lovely alternative when you cannot bring your own film camera.

★★★★★ Fantastic

I’m getting excellent results and large files for editing. Highly recommended

★★★★★ Landscapes with depth

Landcapes with varying depths, crowd shots (such as a parade or concert) or similar shots have never been better than with the Halide camera.
