I have 16 Pro Max, and it’s fully updated. The app has been updated as well, but I get the same error message every time I open the app. “Oops! Something went wrong. Sorry, we're having some difficulties. Please try again.”

No option to add digital membership cards to Apple Wallet, even though it says it has support. It’s 2025 and this should be standard across all car rental apps, not just National.

★★★★☆ Why am I forced to use a browser?

Maybe it’s me, but I booked the rental through the app and it was fine, but then it forces me to use my web browser to do everything else including the check in? Like I kept trying use the app and it just wouldn’t do it. Why get the app if I have to do everything through the browser. Seems unnecessary
