Discount frustration

Hertz needs to make promotions and CDP options clearer. I came across about 5 deals but not sure which ones took and would have given me the most discounts. And it seems it’s different in the app than online.

Changed my times

Your app changed my pick-up and drop-off times (but got the dates right), which I did not recognize until reviewing all details at the end…so I had to go back to the beginning and make the changes for the right times; the real irritation was that because I went back to the beginning I had to re-enter all other details including credit card # and billing address, even though when I entered that info the first time it was supposed to be saved.

Used to be fine

I have used this app for quite a while, however when they added Apple Pay it gets quite frustrating, it defaults to Apple Pay and I do not want to use it. I wish I could set a default payment method for my corporate card.

Poor portal

Tried to use Gold portal on pc. I had a previous reservation and portal would not allow me to make a new reservation. Kept defaulting to existing reservation. Had to use the app. No explanation as to why I cant pay in advance to skip the lines.
