The staff needs training. Instead of focusing on my room number, they should have been focusing on service. There was one serving utensil for sandwiches and desserts. I asked for a second serving utensil and I was told that one is for both. I felt sorry for the vegans and fish allergy members.
No silverware for the fruit. Only champagne and wine to drink. Plenty of champagne glasses.
Improvement is needed.

The app is nice to have. I have found it’s not updated very well. One show started 30 minutes earlier than it shows on the app. And one restaurant it not even listed. The restaurant times and dates open are not accurate.
