Bonitas instalaciones, personal muy atento y amigable, los muchachos de animación y los bailarina trabajan duro para los visitantes. Tienen shows todas las noches y actividades en las piscinas. Les tomamos cariño. La comida buena y los meseros muy simpáticos. Solo nos faltó un Sport Bar con mesa de billar y poder ver partidos. Tienen un lugar para juegos pero es pequeño y se paga a parte. Creemos que un hotel con esta categoría debería tener al menos un Sport Bar.

Great app

This was very useful during our stay. Except the map is not helpful at all and could be a great resource if it worked.

Not impressed

Nothing appears to work as expected in the app. Allowing location for the map doesn't show where you are, so what's the point? Can't order room services, you select room service, it takes you to menus and when you select an item it opens with a bigger picture and a more detailed description.

Customer service and concierge

Everyone is doing an excellent job!!! Thank you in advance for an amazing job during our eight year wedding anniversary week!!! We were here in 2018 for our honeymoon and came back because the onyx is the best in Punta Cana!!! we will recommend it to all our friends and family because of the kindness and excellent service. Everyone has given us.

I am just enjoying my stay here at this resort is one of the most beautiful, magnificent resort and the people are beautiful and the atmosphere is breathtaking. Thank you so much for a job. Well done team must come again.

Good app

The app is nice to have. I have found it’s not updated very well. One show started 30 minutes earlier than it shows on the app. And one restaurant it not even listed. The restaurant times and dates open are not accurate.

Impressed the hard to impress

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the accommodations and the beauty of this place. The servers here are so happy and kind. It’s been a dream

Amazing resort!

Wonderful rooms, attentive service, great pools, lots of dining choices, plus the Dreams resort next door adds even more dining, water activities, and entertainment. We’ll definitely return

But many features don’t work on it. I’d it functioned properly it would be wonderful..

Wonderful

The French restaurant is nothing short of perfection from the food to the staff. In fact all the restaurants are really good. I have to say that the spoon is not so good, I see that they are trying, but our food was always cold - not warm COLD. When I said something they were very accommodating!!! The host at the spoon was very personable and for such a young girl it was a pleasure to see. The spa is unbelievable so good to every moment from start to finish. Really like the hotel and most of the amenities but the WiFi is very slow and keep loosing connection

Are y’all cooked?

This app is missing half the restaurants and has an inaccurate map. Can’t order the minibar restock because “there are no times available to order”. My brother in Christ, it’s a once a day service, I was just trying to make sure the left extra water in the mini bar once I got back? Maybe it’s just my resort but there should be someone testing all the features individual hotels include to make sure they aren’t terrible.

Bad, but no other options

Really poorly built app. Screen goes blank when service isn’t great with now offline data (kind of a problem for an app built for international destinations). The food ordering is also awful. No way to modify or even really see your current order.

Does not save your resort, crashes

Every time you re-open the app you need to re-search for the resort. The app crashes… a lot. Constantly gives errors and won’t open

The preferred lounge

The staff needs training. Instead of focusing on my room number, they should have been focusing on service. There was one serving utensil for sandwiches and desserts. I asked for a second serving utensil and I was told that one is for both. I felt sorry for the vegans and fish allergy members. No silverware for the fruit. Only champagne and wine to drink. Plenty of champagne glasses. Improvement is needed.

Highly disappointed!

Very disappointed!! A/C is really bad! Hotel Lobby floor is constantly too warm, unpleasant to dine and sit around in these conditions. A/C in our room never cools enough as programmed by thermostat. Only customer service at the Italian Restaurant is great, otherwise waiting time for a table in all other restaurants is ridiculous and it takes 45 min to one hour to receive the food.

Secrets hotel

Rooms by the pool are newly remodeled and look great! Mexican restaurant got a ton of guests food poisoning. Don’t eat there! Was under staffed and they didn’t seem to really like there job. The beach and dock were great, slides at the pool were fun.
