Deployment of this concept wasn’t and still isn’t that great. When I started seeing this a few years ago to verify my identity for discounts, I had no idea what it was or if it was legit & secure. Also, change wigit title to ‘ID.me’ instead of just ‘authenticator.’ I have different authenticator apps & I never know which is which until I push on it!

I’m not sure what has changed or if this is a bug. However, for the past week or two, I have been unable to authenticate myself quickly via iPhone through a simple push notification OR on my Apple Watch! Peers I work with are also having this problem. 2 extra clicks adds up after the 50th prescription refill! Apps should be making things easier.
-I’ll gladly change my review if this is fixed
