This app is very nice to help people get id verified for benefits, SsAAnd IRS

I use ID.me to get into my VA account and it is quite simple and safe!

Until a week ago I was able to approve by long-tapping the notification. No longer possible.

Deployment of this concept wasn’t and still isn’t that great. When I started seeing this a few years ago to verify my identity for discounts, I had no idea what it was or if it was legit & secure. Also, change wigit title to ‘ID.me’ instead of just ‘authenticator.’ I have different authenticator apps & I never know which is which until I push on it!

As of June 2024, the option to approve login requests on a connected and worn/authenticated apple watch no longer seems functional. This was secure and very helpful in cutting down the login time.

There is no way to contact you unless I have a problem. I simply have a suggestion. All my Authenticator app say “Authenticator” and look alike. If I don’t remember which one I need, I have to try them all until I get the one I want. It’d be helpful if it said I’d.me either on the icon or the descriptor under the app icon itself.

And overall, the app is just like as it’s expected! It’s not Google!

This site works very well with Identifying individuals but when linked with the IRS portal it’s Garbage. The IRS still doesn’t allow access to your own account. What’s the point😡

I actually like this app for ID verification even though it complicate things but if you read carefully it will be alright. Follow the INSTRUCTIONS is the key Lol. ❤️

Takes a long time to figure out where to go to approve everything. Just want to look at my IRS Acct.

A long process looks like we're getting there

UI asked that I verify my Identification. It will be great if ID.com will email me stating that it was done correctly.

This app is too difficult to navigate. Not enough time take pictures for verification

This app will not delete . I do not need it on my device

It is easy to input your info into and to add several emails

This app is not doing anything to authenticate my credentials?

I love the app but I really need you to get in touch with me to identify me or PUA I would appreciate it

I am trying to identify my identity. However, I don’t know how to upload a picture

I’m not sure what has changed or if this is a bug. However, for the past week or two, I have been unable to authenticate myself quickly via iPhone through a simple push notification OR on my Apple Watch! Peers I work with are also having this problem. 2 extra clicks adds up after the 50th prescription refill! Apps should be making things easier. -I’ll gladly change my review if this is fixed
