User Reviews and Ratings

★★★★★ Mark is the real deal!

Beautiful and so very helpful. Practical effective and shared in the manner of a guru- "trusted friend". Thank you Mark!

★★★★★ Yogini

Thank you so very much, Mark! Meeting you quite possibly changed my path... I love being able to have you in my pocket!

★★★☆☆ Amazing before iOS7

The video no longer works which is essentially the app. Luckily I had been doing the promise months before iOS7 was released, so i have the routine memorized, which is life-changing. Please update the app so others can benefit. Million thanks

★★★★★ Have video and sound

Best minutes of my day. Love this app.

★★☆☆☆ Sound

This version has no sound and it makes it very difficult to follow the practice and stay present.
