Amazing before iOS7

The video no longer works which is essentially the app. Luckily I had been doing the promise months before iOS7 was released, so i have the routine memorized, which is life-changing. Please update the app so others can benefit. Million thanks

Great practice!

Grateful for iPromise, bringing the practice home. Been using and gifting this app for four or more years. Did iOS 12.1.2 break the audio? Can’t hear anything.

Feel so Great
