I love this app and the exercises but if the user had the ability to customize it, I would give it 5 stars. There are a couple of exercises that I am unable to do (e.g. Step forward one 90 degree leg). However, all you can do is skip the exercise but it will continue to be included in the daily exercise routine. Also, after some time and the problem area is well, there is no way of changing your problem area if you have another injury. I would like to see the ability to create a favorite routin

I don’t usually ever go around telling people they should download an app.

The app is a great idea, but the major flaw I found was there is no way to make any change to the settings after you fill out the initial onboarding questionnaire. This makes it virtually useless after you have resolved the area of pain you initially started with (I had a temporary injury that went away after a few weeks). I ended up deleting my account because I want to try to do the questionnaire again for a new injury, but sadly it won’t let you sign up again. Would have loved to continue u

I am enjoying the app and use it daily for physical therapy. The exercises are well explained.
