★★☆☆☆This app is so bad
This app is so bad! This is a piece of technology that is beyond frustrating using! It makes you jump through so many hoops to be able to login, times out, doesn’t save the information previously written.

No matter how many times I check the box for “remember this device for 30 days”, I am still forced to login for each message I receive from my doctor.

I tick the box to leave me signed in but always (multiple times a day) I need to sign back in. As an older person this is highly annoying hoop to jump through 8 times today. Also, app doesn’t load properly 20% of the time. Just want more from technology.

The features are really good but the login for both patients and staff is unnecessarily cumbersome and repetitive, so much so that it defeats the purpose of easy and smooth communication with patients. Many of our patients have complained that the login process is so difficult they stop using klara. Please fix this!

App seems to not remember my device for 30 days. It takes forever for me to go log in and check a single message from my provide. It’s unnecessarily hindering my relationship with my provider, all cuz of a buggy platform?
