★★☆☆☆After MFA-Can’t access anything
Since enabling multi-factor authentication I have been unable to access anything in the app or the website. One of two things happens when I attempt to sign in:
1. I get a spinning window with a message like “cresting secure connection” that doesn’t budge
2. I get a blank screen
Now I can’t even get into my account to disable MFA. Nice job, LabCorp-guess I’ll have to find another way to get my lab values
★★★☆☆Signing in
What is the point of allowing us to use Face ID if I have to log in with email and password? I use this app once every few months, granted, but still. Really annoying that I have to somehow remember a password I use four times a year that’s different from all the others, and I’m completely screwed if I don’t remember it.
★★☆☆☆2 stars
Can’t login at all and when I try to make a new password to recover my account it says it sent a code to my email no email from them and can’t get in to my portal to view test results
★★☆☆☆Test orders
When a test is ordered it should be viewable. There should be no difference in displaying doctor ordered test or a patient order test. Then of course the results are always displayed without any clicks good details. Thanks for that.
★★☆☆☆Website is better than app
App does not support Apple Pay. Additionally, many functions within the app kick you out to a web browser. So what’s the point?
