Can’t login

I always get a login error in the app, I tells me to login on a computer, it’s useless to me if I have to go on my laptop every single time to login. The convenience of a medical app on the go is import with on going health conditions. I hope this is fixed soon.

Better if…

It’s a new year and I’m asked to provide my insurance information. My insurance information is same as last year, which has already been loaded into your records. This app would be better if there is an option to select, insurance is same as last/previous year! So I don’t need to pull out my cards and input my information again!

Signing in

What is the point of allowing us to use Face ID if I have to log in with email and password? I use this app once every few months, granted, but still. Really annoying that I have to somehow remember a password I use four times a year that’s different from all the others, and I’m completely screwed if I don’t remember it.

I just now created this account and was immediately asked if I’m enjoying the labcorp app 🤷🏻‍♀️. My answer should be NO.

For pass two week I have try to get in my account and the when I put my password in it wrong and I keep sending request to get other password. So not sure what to do.

Please fix: add “remember login”

Real pain to keep having to enter email address every time! Otherwise the app is great and I love that I can see my results there

Face ID to log in does not work

The Face ID feature no longer works, has a button to choose and it doesn’t work.

I didn’t like the fact that I sat in labcorp at 7:30 am as a walk in, and the receptionist called for appointments for 8:15 and 8:30. It was not even 8:00 yet. Other wise good experience. Very engaging staff and

The service was excellent. I didn’t get the young lady’s name that drew my blood but she was fantastic! Very pleasant and professional. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. She made it worth the trip. My complaints to her and to Labcorp.

Labs and app

Labs not uploaded. Even though I received an email that results were available? It does not instill much confidence in the interface between the interface.

Not user friendly

The app is convenient but still has some issues. I’m not able to enter my credit card info to pay a bill in the app.

Appts not showing up after

Appt not showing up after scheduling appts. There were no problems prior to the new year. I need to have blood draws weekly.

So far I don’t like it….

I’ve tried to log in four times it keeps saying Unable to sign in. I’ve checked the info all four times and it’s correct yet still unable to sign in.

Very buggy

The app keeps asking to have my insurance updated, despite it being in Labcorp’s system. After entering everything, it simply says that it was unable to update the information and to try later. Despite having made an appointment in the app, when I arrive the app says I have no upcoming appointments.

Employees great. App sucks

Tried six times to get into the damn portal and it stops me at different points each time. Bummer. Thank you to all of the staff and techs. You’ve all been wonderful. It’s the technology part that’s disappointing

After MFA-Can’t access anything

Since enabling multi-factor authentication I have been unable to access anything in the app or the website. One of two things happens when I attempt to sign in: 1. I get a spinning window with a message like “cresting secure connection” that doesn’t budge 2. I get a blank screen Now I can’t even get into my account to disable MFA. Nice job, LabCorp-guess I’ll have to find another way to get my lab values

Can’t login at all and when I try to make a new password to recover my account it says it sent a code to my email no email from them and can’t get in to my portal to view test results

Test orders

When a test is ordered it should be viewable. There should be no difference in displaying doctor ordered test or a patient order test. Then of course the results are always displayed without any clicks good details. Thanks for that.

Website is better than app

App does not support Apple Pay. Additionally, many functions within the app kick you out to a web browser. So what’s the point?

Unable to login through the app

The app doesn’t recognize my password anymore. I’ve changed my password and it still doesn’t allow me to login; however, I have no problem logging in on the website.
