★★☆☆☆ New Update Killed my app

Just downloaded new update and now I can’t login or do anything. This is the primary way I keep in contact with my in laws in Japan and my wife (who is taking care of family at the moment). I’ve done everything from clearing cache, deleting the app, updating my iOS and even restarting my phone. When I attempted to reach line support I was directed to fill out a form on my application…. I love this app but I sincerely hope someone fixed this ASAP. Unacceptable.

I can see notifications but the chat window does not update.

★★☆☆☆ Freeze frequently after recent update

Not sure if others are experiencing this but after the recent update, it freezes up almost every time I open the app. It is very frustrating! Please fix this problem. It has never happened before for many years.

I’m pretty frustrated with this app when my friends try to send me a sticker set I press on it and it says I need a phone and I only have a iPad and if I had a phone I would have to set it up with line too. I really wish it just kept everything the same, last year I could use my ipad to get a sticker sets from my friends. Line is getting more and more annoying and frustrating.
