No phone service. Problem with log in, an email to tell me that they can do nothing. Cannot reply as it is from “do_not_reply “. All old contacts and messages are lost. Cannot even open new account, as it says you are already registered. Frustrating.

Changing the background for an account doesn't work. Setting the [ic for groups doesn't work Creating groups doesn't work.....I haven't gotten around to trying anything else yet because...why bother? Something else will just randomly not work....

When I had a phone living in Japan, I had access to so many free stamps. However, when I moved back to the US, I noticed the stamp options were severely limited. Having the stamp options was a major appealing point and it no longer holds that charm with the US version.

Fun chat app. Has some quirks but obviously it’s all about the stickers. Wish you could mirror the video seen by others on video calls

Been a LINE fan of the app and characters for over 10 years. It is my #1 to use, and I converted all my friends and family to use LINE. Plus, all the stickers are too cute and funny, they really portray emotions well. Please keep LINE app going!

I originally logged in using Facebook but later registered my email to login. I lost my Facebook account now with Ipad since new update you can no longer login that way. I contacted app and they couldn’t help and the email support no longer works for line app. Use to be a great app not anymore

I like the app just with you could translate inside of the actual app. Like maybe select a chat and have a translate button.

I just noticed there’s an open chat but not available in the US. Really should work on that to make it a better app. And allow us to use purchased stickers on other platforms like a keyboard.

The advertizing banner in the chat view is super annoying. Disappears and comes back randomly. It pushes the other chats down when it pops in, so I'm always clicking it or the wrong chat accidentally.

Would be awesome to see an option for multiple chat channels within a chat, similar to discord. I use this app for a mobile game and it would GREATLY benefit from multiple channels

Why doesn’t iPad version of LINE have iCloud back up? As well as another?

I did not have any issues prior to the ios update shortly after that the app seems to have a delay when receiving msgs plz fix this

In the settings, it states chat history will automatically backup when charging and connected to wifi. However, it’s never done it once. I always have to manually do it myself. Seems like a simple fix? Please do something about it. Thanks.

Not sure if others are experiencing this but after the recent update, it freezes up almost every time I open the app. It is very frustrating! Please fix this problem. It has never happened before for many years.

I’m pretty frustrated with this app when my friends try to send me a sticker set I press on it and it says I need a phone and I only have a iPad and if I had a phone I would have to set it up with line too. I really wish it just kept everything the same, last year I could use my ipad to get a sticker sets from my friends. Line is getting more and more annoying and frustrating.

They removed the cute old avatars two years ago and replaced them with this weird realisticish thing, Like, the avatars were adorable, what’s up with apps changing the good stuff to bad? Which brings my score down by tree, because I wish they put the old avatars back. But, its functions are great. Even though it doesn’t archive any old stuff when you delete it,(even though I wish it could) it’s fine I guess.👌 I
