One of the best airline apps, but the pop-up requesting a review won’t go away when I rate it. This occurred at a time I needed information, so I had to search within the airport to find what I needed. Frustrating.

Unable to check in because the app has decided my passport number is invalid. I’ve tried other random numbers, and they work, but not mine. Website has the same issue. App is tremendously better than previous version, but God awful slow.

★★★☆☆ Renter booking every time??

A nice app and very useful, but I took off two stars because I’m tired of looking for and entering the booking code for my upcoming flights *every time I use the app*!! How are other airline apps able to remember bookings and the Lufthansa app isn’t?
