Works well, but review request freezes app
One of the best airline apps, but the pop-up requesting a review won’t go away when I rate it. This occurred at a time I needed information, so I had to search within the airport to find what I needed. Frustrating.
Invalid document number
Unable to check in because the app has decided my passport number is invalid. I’ve tried other random numbers, and they work, but not mine. Website has the same issue.
App is tremendously better than previous version, but God awful slow.

This app was a hot mess for a long time, the recent update has made it clean and easy to navigate.
Renter booking every time??
A nice app and very useful, but I took off two stars because I’m tired of looking for and entering the booking code for my upcoming flights *every time I use the app*!!
How are other airline apps able to remember bookings and the Lufthansa app isn’t?

Washington State is missing
I can’t accurately update the address in my profile as the USA state Washington is missing from the drop down menu. You have all the other States with a W, but no Washington. Please add it. Danke.

Everthing ITS ok. I like Lufthansa. I don’t like canceling one of my trip from returning home. But… I am sure they have a good reason. I am likely I found another ticket!👍
