I live rurally so the added option of free shipping if purchasing over a certain amount is no issue because I order quite a lot of products. I also loved choosing a sample product because I do not have the option of a local store to try new products. I was disappointed to say these two benefits of ordering online are now removed with my last purchase. I know this will affect my future purchases, as I debate for days

It’s absolutely impossible to place an order on this app. Twice I have contacted customer support to be told to use the website to place an order because the app doesn’t always work.
