I am a new customer. I bought the Supermilk Squeakyclean shampoo and sympathy for Skin cream. First my hair was never ever washed to the level of cleanliness these products gave to me. And in the morning I realized how my hair Had such shine and less frizz. Less Dryness. The ski cream also was amazingly good. I will rebuy again and try some other products. I am a loyal Lush customer for years and rely on your website to order products. I live rurally so the added option of free shipping if purchasing over a certain amount is no issue because I order quite a lot of products. I also loved choosing a sample product because I do not have the option of a local store to try new products. I was disappointed to say these two benefits of ordering online are now removed with my last purchase. I know this will affect my future purchases, as I debate for days

It’s absolutely impossible to place an order on this app. Twice I have contacted customer support to be told to use the website to place an order because the app doesn’t always work.
