MauAR - Berlin Wall

I normally do not write review, but this app convinced me to make an exception. Being sent to see exactly where the wall stood some thirty years ago was something brilliant. It is hard to imagine that a mere thirty years ago, there was a wall splitting the city of Berlin in two. I did this outside and it was just amazing. To see history from both perspectives as if you are right there. You can almost feel the emotions. It was beautiful. I highly recommend this. I expanded mine to full size and you can walk right up to the wall, vehicles, people and objects to see the detail. At one point, you are in a crowd of protestors. This should be how history is taught.

Super cool app. Used it while visiting Berlin; being able to see where the wall was in real time where ever I went was an extraordinary experience. Would highly recommend for anyone, from history buffs to kids wanting a unique visual experience of Berlin.

I am so pleased with this app. I was stationed in Berlin in 1989. I was there when it was occupied and the night they opened the borders I was standing on the walk in front of Brandenburg Gate!!! This app is amazing!!! Thank you

I love this because I can get a view into the past.Some of the other reviews are very misleading.Dont trust them
