The app is very glitchy. Bikes will not release from the dock but register you are renting them… Bikes won’t register being returned and they will try to slap you with late fines. The quality and quantity of bikes is very poor as well. It’s really unfortunate for the consumer that there are no competitors because they get away with providing a consistently bad product.
