Hoy viajé 40min para una cita con el nutriólogo desde Getafe hasta Leganés. Cuando llegué a mi supuesta cita me dijeron que necesitaba un boletín de un endocrinólogo antes de tener cita con un nutriólogo. La señorita en el frente del counter me dijo que sale un cuadrito avisando que se necesita cita con un endocrinólogo al momento de hacer la reserva de la cita y que usualmente las personas no lo leen, me informó este mensaje riéndose y un poco alterada. I see the developers don’t care about the opinions of its users. This app still overly complicates finding the languages each doctor speaks. From other reviews, I see people have been asking this for years! This can be easily added but they continue to choose not to. Sanitas wants foreigners to get their private insurance but complicates their lives while taking their money.

Coming from the United States, I’m so accustomed to suffering, when I feel ill, and not calling the doctor, due to fears of high costs, and never truly been helped. The functionality of this app, and this health insurance system is the best I have ever had in my life. If I do not feel well, I set up a video consultation with the doctor, and I am almost always guaranteed to speak to someone immediately, if not within the next few hours. They hear my concerns and immediately prescribe me a solutio

App lags and freezes. Becomes unresponsive. I tried erasing and reloading app. It didn’t help.

Just logging in to the app first time; running into a number of build issues. Clicking in the password field blocks the enter button. The “next” button on the initial walkthrough page is partially off the screen on my iPhone; cannot click it. Dragging to the bottom of a page causes the screen to flash repetitively. The app is supposed to also support English, but a number of the buttons are still displayed in Spanish. The conversion to English might explain the screen not paging correctly.
