Coming from the United States, I’m so accustomed to suffering, when I feel ill, and not calling the doctor, due to fears of high costs, and never truly been helped. The functionality of this app, and this health insurance system is the best I have ever had in my life. If I do not feel well, I set up a video consultation with the doctor, and I am almost always guaranteed to speak to someone immediately, if not within the next few hours. They hear my concerns and immediately prescribe me a solutio

Just logging in to the app first time; running into a number of build issues. Clicking in the password field blocks the enter button. The “next” button on the initial walkthrough page is partially off the screen on my iPhone; cannot click it. Dragging to the bottom of a page causes the screen to flash repetitively. The app is supposed to also support English, but a number of the buttons are still displayed in Spanish. The conversion to English might explain the screen not paging correctly.

How to change the app into English please

It’s probably the best medical app I used so far. Easy to use and everything works perfectly. The only minus was that it happened once my appointment was cancelled but I didn’t receive any info on my emai, only noticed few days before when I was checking something else

The app is great when it comes to the digital card, and also displaying exam results. However, it lacks a lot when it comes to scheduling appointments. There are always inconsistencies in the results depending on the filters used (for example: the appointments shown when you filter by medical center are completely different when you search by date). Also, searching by date always prompts inaccurate results. Overall, the UX/UI is really good for some features, but needs improvement on some others

I have changed the language to English in settings and the app is still loading in Spanish.

The fingerprint login breaks every few days and password recovery is a huge pain. Other than that it’s great

It is just essential if you have Sanitas. One of the greatest app ever. can do most things about appointment and refund and seeing records or results. It’s fantastic

I have Sanitas and with the app I was able to see the doctors near me (specialties, locations, names, etc.) And successfully make appointments.

Hi how can I turn the app into English?

Since I already had a doctor picked, it was very easy to use the app. Much easier than calling. The app itself seems pretty user friendly for what I was looking for. Thanks

Para los que el Castellano o el Valenciano No es nuestro primer idioma, se hace difícil buscar un médico. Siempre Es mejor encontrar un médico que hable tu idioma natal aunque hables castellano. Abre un canal de comunicación más directo.

Great app but I cannot find the option to change from Spanish to English. Does anyone know how?

App lags and freezes. Becomes unresponsive. I tried erasing and reloading app. It didn’t help.
