I’d gotten a couple of Michael’s gift cards, and thought it would be easy to add them to my wallet and scan at the register. Nope. Both gift cards show in my account - but how to use them to pay at the register? There’s no option that I see to show a barcode at the register for these gift cards. So now I’ll have the fun job of annoying the cashier by having to look up emails and screenshots while at the register. Doesn’t work well with any VPNs. The app constantly freezes after doing a product search (even with VPN turned off. Limited filtering capability. Better to search thru the internet.

Love Michaels but app needs work eg. pls make it easier to shop yall are missing out on money! Put a deselect all option for cart, make so it doesnt jump to top every time u delete one thing, be able to choose at checkout shipping vs store pickup instead of it tweaking out putting things for pickup at 3 diff stores and shipping etc. it’s soooo confusing and slow telling yall out of love ty ily bye

The app looks like it would be rather simple to use, unfortunately I can’t comment on that due to the app freezing and requiring a force close after about 20 seconds of use. Uninstalling/reinstalling does not correct the behavior. Will be uninstalling until they fix this issue, that it seems most people are experiencing.

I used to love this app and use it constantly, but lately it tells me everything I’m looking for is out of stock at my store, but it’s in stock at “near by” stores that are literally across the country, even after updating my zip code multiple times, trying to search by my location, and updating my current store. I’m not sure what’s going on lately but it’s super frustrating
