Live this game and all the stuff that came with it. Paid for a sub cause I played it so much. Then I tried to sign into the computer to play and ads? Not supposed to happen so I contacted them and they said sign in and out pretty much. Didn’t fix it so I just played on my phone. Now it says it is having the same cloud issue in my phone. And one month before my sub is almost up it keeps saying I don’t have one!!! So damn annoying because I do! Not sure if I want to continue with this game with th

Love this app, been a premium subscriber for over 10 years. However, this latest version is buggy, does not recognize premium and will either open ads or prompt a screen to purchase premium every single time I open the app. Happens on both iPad and iPhone. Please fix this!!

I enjoy the games and pay each year for the commercial free version, however I am now receiving commercials and my subscription is not up for renewal until March. Is there no longer a commercial free opyion? If so I will cancel my subscription
