I started using Moodistory to track my moods to see if I had PMDD. Spoiler: yup, I do. But I still use this app multiple times a day to track my moods and journal my feelings. I am trying to be a more responsive parent versus a reactive one and being able to journal on the spot is very useful. I can also use the mood tracking to see if anything is going haywire with my hormones or meds.
