My BMW

My BMW App is very useful but, lately, I see a large grey band after the My Trips section and I have to scroll down for at least 60 seconds before I can see the Charging section ! I tried removing and reinstalling the App but the bug is still there. I hope BMW will fix this bug soon.

Works ok mostly but can be buggy with incorrectly claiming charging cable is unlocked. Also ,does not update status as it should (shows status from hours ago )

Electric vehicles have low ranges. I am afraid to go out of town in case I run out of charge. In 2 years I have logged 7522 miles. I drive my internal combustion engine. I was promised free charge for 2 years for Electrify America. Ever time I went to a charging station there were 4-5 cars ahead of me waiting for their turn. That’s a lot of wasted time. So I would return home to charge. I regret purchasing this BMW i4.

For now on i will call to make a payment , i went to make a payment and it automatically charged me for the next month prior without my consent which is fraud. I called and they told me there was nothing they can do about it. So from now on i have to call to make a payment to record. It’s a shame because the app was a faster process but it’s not worth being charged double for no exact reason.

I really enjoyed purchasing my first BMW from Passport BMW . My sales person Jordan Riley was excellent with his service. The atmosphere made me want to purchase Two Cars. Thank you Passport BMW
