I love everything about my car. It knows me and makes great suggestions when I drive long distances. I love when my “Rising Phoenix” reminds me to grab a cup of coffee, take a driving break, or suggests that I let her help me drive. Yes! I love my car so much, I have given it a name.

This is a great app. It could use some improvement with real time location of your vehicle also I would like if it would also have remote start standard with the other functions, such as windows and doors other than that this is a great app

Perfect car for commuting to and from work and being able to enjoy it while you’re doing it. Only thing I would like to see changed is the instrument panel expanded and improved. It is a bit sparse for a $70K car.

My first BMW and love it. I also love the app but only missing one thing which I didn’t realize until I saw my sister’s app for her Lexus. Her app sends a notification if the car is left unlocked or the windows are down. I would love to have this functionality.

It’s a lot better than the ( mercedes app 2024)

M4 is a an 11 to an Dodge hellcat redeye Wide body 5 star rating in my opinion!!! Traded my 2022 low mileage as in ( under 5,000 for a new 2024 M4 am in love live in Texas and not all roads are straight!! Handling DOES COUNT!! Grew up driving sports cars. Love speed and empty back farm roads around my small hometown.

I love being able to keep up with the maintenance of my car at my fingertips.

Mr. Chris Blanco very pleasant to speak he kept me well I informed about timing and the next step that was going on with my vehicle thank you, Mr. Blanco I would highly recommend him

Actually its one of the best apps, now I can control anything about my 340i, tnx for the app.

I like that if my husband has the key and I don’t have mine, I don’t have to wait for him!🤣

My BMW App is very useful but, lately, I see a large grey band after the My Trips section and I have to scroll down for at least 60 seconds before I can see the Charging section ! I tried removing and reinstalling the App but the bug is still there. I hope BMW will fix this bug soon.

Works ok mostly but can be buggy with incorrectly claiming charging cable is unlocked. Also ,does not update status as it should (shows status from hours ago )

For now on i will call to make a payment , i went to make a payment and it automatically charged me for the next month prior without my consent which is fraud. I called and they told me there was nothing they can do about it. So from now on i have to call to make a payment to record. It’s a shame because the app was a faster process but it’s not worth being charged double for no exact reason.

Before i got this I had to keep going outside to see when my charge will be done. Now i get a notification on my phone that tells me to umplug

If you own any BMW vehicle then I recommend to create My BMW id. It’s very convenient and provides important information about your car and very easy to use from your smart devices.

For the most part, the app works really well. There are a couple glitches here and there which I’m sure BMW will eventually fix but compared to many of the competitors which I’ve all use. BMW actually functions quite accurately.

Great car to drive. Total Enjoyment

Electric vehicles have low ranges. I am afraid to go out of town in case I run out of charge. In 2 years I have logged 7522 miles. I drive my internal combustion engine. I was promised free charge for 2 years for Electrify America. Ever time I went to a charging station there were 4-5 cars ahead of me waiting for their turn. That’s a lot of wasted time. So I would return home to charge. I regret purchasing this BMW i4.
