When I try to backup file for windows, it neither email the zipped file nor it uploads to drop. Also the file does not show up in the backup on the device. Someone needs to fix the issues soon

I’ve used the free version for years and didn’t really realize there was a pro version until recently. Happy to pay the $1.99 for pro as thanks for the great use I’ve had of it. Also like the duplicate contact check in pro. Haven’t had any issues with either version. Both work as described.

One year later, Dec 2025 Same review. This app is never updated. Easy to use But PLEASE STOP trying to tell me the file may be too big. IT'S NOT! You need to UPDATE this. I've sent emails with attachments twice this size with no problem at all and it's annoying to be told otherwise. I've sent email to support TWICE many months ago... only reply was "we'll get back to you soon" but "soon" ended a long, long time ago. NO SUPPORT!!
