★★☆☆☆ Mostly functional, but clunky

The app mostly gets the job done, but it’s terribly designed: awkward to use, hard to find info, and filled with bugs. It’s a grim reminder of how broken the medical system is: I’m booking appointments with brilliant doctors using an app that’s at least a decade behind the times. It’s also reflective of my experience with Mount Sinai in general: the people are nice but the systems are broken, so at the end of the day it’s extremely hard to get the care I need.
