Down with manual registration. Kudos for keeping up with technology

Dr Rosch is an exceptional person and Doctor. He is dedicated to his profession and patients with a personality that puts you at ease from the first time you meet him. He is well respected in the medical profession and among his many patients. I am fortunate to know him as a friend and be among his patients.

The app is so convenient and easy to use as well as very informative. I use this app frequently and never any issues.

My only issue is I am not able to access platform when traveling internationally which I do frequently.

the app works smoothly, but you can’t update your tests results by yourself, which is a real buster because you will have to bring those with you at your appointment.

I was glad I could make an appointment but I originally wanted to get a phone number to call. I completed the pre-appointment information. After exiting I realized I wanted to mention another condition. I was not able to get back to edit my response. Today I wanted to ask whether I needed to fast before giving blood. A message takes 2-3 business days for a response. My appointment is tomorrow. Bottom line, the app may be convenient for you. I still prefer also having access to a human being!!

Download the app, create an account then, Greatest app just login to your account and see all, you need to. Communicate with your all your care Doctor’s make an appointment,etc, if you are a Mount Sinai patient don’t hesitate to get it. Happy Patient. Blessings

I am very pleased to be on Mt Sinai’s App as I find it much more informative and able to access information much easier. Very user friendly!

I don’t find your app useful. I tried to make appointments with two physicians and was not successful. The calendar available is too short of a range. I like using your physicians but the app and your phone system are extremely frustrating.
