Signing in is always difficult

One would think that at this time of online scheduling, the system would have stored information to auto populate location, contact information, etc. Even to change a time of appointment, this system has already dumped every entry and the patient has to start over!! That is so bad that I don’t have words.

It more or less works. I wish it showed the orders sent by my doctor. I also wish it were better at finding available appointments so I didn't have to do that manually.

This app is terrible. Spent 20minutes trying to make appointment. You need more Quest labs in Manteca
