I love that I can make an appointment and get all my results on the app

I am very pleased with my experiences with quest and M happy to say that I can make sure my doctors get the results needed for my care.

I am a huge fan of quest!!!! The employees are always very nice and friendly. I have yet to have any problems and I have had 14 surgeries. So needle sticks are nothing new to me, they are gentle and caring. I will recommend them to anyone who asks !!!! 👍🏻

It is extremely easy to schedule an appointment with the Quest app. It saves a lot of time not having to make phone calls.

As many of us have tiny veins, blood are carful searched before going for a vein

Slider is very temperamental and should have a way of directly entering it. Could have a way to upload a photo of the insurance card

Bugs in system when trying to provide insurance info. Also, why doesn’t it have my insurance info when I log in since I have already submitted it previously?

There are some people at the Communications location that are awesome. You also get your random newbie that can’t find a vein to save his life. Luckily, you can have that experience and then refuse to let him take your blood again. You know who you are!

I love being able to view my results on the app, and it is great information to have when I visit different physicians. It also makes it easy to compare results from year to year.

Web site is very slow …. It is not my computer as all other web sites have operated at normal speed your apartment portal is just slow!!!

The appointment process and rapid results are great. Being a VA patient the requirement for the patient to have the authorization letter was a recent change that many weren’t aware of but hopefully all parties involved will get used to the new requirements.

I love this tool and all of the info it provides.

My doctor ordered a test and I need to go to quest to get it but I don't know what the test is and I shouldn't need to know what its called to schedule an appt.

This app is really easy to use, and Quest lab are really clean!

The app is useful for making appointments and checking lab results, if they are present. Quest advertising says that lab results will be able to view at the same time they are sent to the provider. However this is not always true. I get labs done every month and the results in the app are hit and miss whether they will actually be posted. Several months will be missing and then a month will show and then they’ll be missing again. I just go to MyChart to view the lab results that the provider has

To add insurance needs a complete button. After entering all info there is no way to exit the screen except to go back. Please fix this.
