I don’t fall asleep without it on. You can set the sounds to be catered to exactly what you want, or explore presets that are known to boost certain brain wave receptors. The most simple yet versatile + customizable sound therapy app I’ve found. I recommend it to anyone interested in sound therapy (especially anyone who hates the hassle of trying to find a good ambient playlist for your mood - this caters perfectly to the personal user)!
