One of the perks of nordstroms in addition to their bi-annual sales, their return policy. They stand behind their products. 4 stars instead of 5 bc Nordstrom rack no longer sells St. John.

The app is mostly good. I like the notifications when something on my wish list has been marked down. And I love easily seeing my purchases and the return options. But it would be nice to be able to search (by product name or product type) in both my wish list and purchases.

Hello team,
I have great experience using this app online. One thing though, by loading the Nordstrom notes kind of slow. Other than that, it was nice. I only like shopping online because I get free gifts but I would preferred in store because I can feel and see things. Online shopping is a risk of getting items that it may not be what you expected.
