Nordstrom and me goes together like Bread & Butter! If someone would ask me what I’m wearing almost 99% of the time it’s from Nordstrom and or Rack! So happy to have both stores near me to shop from.

I buy almost all my clothes online. The quality is high and Nordstrom’s customer service is the best and so is the return process.

One of my fave features is that you can leave things in your cart until you’re ready to go back to them. They don’t leave unless the item becomes unavailable. Love that! Very easy to navigate and search items too.

Now that we don’t have a brick and mortar Nordstrom within easy distance their easy and free and fast refunds keep me a Nordstrom customer! I can still try things on and send back what doesn’t work for me! Love it!

Had a great experience with Adriana G at the Charlotte Tilbury make up counter. She was very helpful and I left feeling beautiful. No hard sales push either. Was a great time refreshing my makeup look.

Nordstrom has it all. The selection and the prices are simply marvelous. I get unique accessories that make smile and fashions that make feel beautiful.

Enjoy shopping online at Nordstrom . There’s lots to choose from and try to only order from stores with free shipping & returns. This is a big plus. I have recently been a bit disappointed in the packaging, however. If you want to send a gift to someone in a gift box it’s unavailable unless your recipient is willing to put together their own gift box, where’s the fun in that? Tried the gift bag route and packer literally stuffed a beautiful sweater into a TINY bag, not a great presentation. Wish

I have lived in Seattle for the last 15 years and I might want to say that store #1 is by far the best Nordstrom ever! I moved back to California a year ago and my new favorite store is the Americana, even though no one ever asked me if I need help. I am very outgoing and I find my people and I shop with them. It’s overwhelming trying to scroll through all the different products when looking for something. As a longtime Nordstrom shopper, I go to the app for the trusted Nordstrom quality I’ve known. Now there are a ton cheap brands that I need to sift through and it’s not even worth the trouble. If I have a specific need, and I know the brand and item, I will sometimes order here, but not to window shop. It’s stressful!
