NS Travel Planner

Just couldn’t find my NS card and need to travel today so everything was professionally done in a matter of minutes. Didn’t have to wait until someone picked up the phone. So hopefully it will be like this every moment when you need customers service

The user is automatically logged out of the app within hours. This issue appeared December 2024, multiple updates since, no fix! Pls fix. Once logged in, remain logged in.

Beware of ordering tickets ahead of time such as high speed train tickets. If there is maintenance and you cannot use the high speed trains, they will not issue refunds, just coupons, which in our case, could not be used, and no issued refunds despite arguing with customer service. Otherwise, the app is nice and planning trips is helpful.

I would LOVE an Apple Pay option for purchasing tickets to ease international travel 2 factor authentication issues on a credit and debit card!

App is mostly good but they removed the saved trips option from main bar! I use it to check different train options and times. Now saved trips is deep inside the departures page and jt makes it very difficult to compare the different routes. I don’t even use these other main buttons - who is checking all departures more than their specific train route???? And this map thing is so irrelevant??? The point of the NS app is to check the train routes.
