Very good customer service
Just couldn’t find my NS card and need to travel today so everything was professionally done in a matter of minutes. Didn’t have to wait until someone picked up the phone. So hopefully it will be like this every moment when you need customers service
Please add Apple Pay option!
I would LOVE an Apple Pay option for purchasing tickets to ease international travel 2 factor authentication issues on a credit and debit card!
Removed saved trips option from main bar
App is mostly good but they removed the saved trips option from main bar! I use it to check different train options and times. Now saved trips is deep inside the departures page and jt makes it very difficult to compare the different routes.
I don’t even use these other main buttons - who is checking all departures more than their specific train route???? And this map thing is so irrelevant??? The point of the NS app is to check the train routes.
No Apple Pay
Doesn’t take Apple Pay!! DB, SNCF, Trainline( local NL trains not listed) Britrail Apps all take Apple Pay. Could be a great app for non Dutch Tourists but this is a deal breaker
The notification is malfunction
Every time I pressed the notification button of a searched route, the loading circle keeps on loading and nothing happened. Same as the “save” button. It’s been couple months, so I cannot received any delay notification for my regular routes. I’ve tried reaching out to the agent, but the agent didn’t give me any useful instructions, claiming him not an iPhone expert. I don’t know what I could do now.
Great App for International Travelers
This app is set up very well for international travelers. It’s very easy to navigate the app in English and purchase tickets. I was at ease using this app.
Works well, but cumbersome payment
Please add Apple Pay ! For ticket purchases you are directed to an outside payment processor and have type in your information everytime. You can’t even save your cc info. Very cumbersome.

Works like a charm. Updated my platform instantly. Highly recommend even if you do not take NS very often.
New update
Removed the departures tab and greatly reduced the options in the latest update. I’m really not sure why this was done?
Schedules
I would like to see a link to the NS train schedules when purchasing an Eticket. Now that I have my ticket , which train do I have to catch to get to the airport on time ?
Toggle to switch languages would be nice

Login Retention Issue, Can’t even save trips anymore!!! FIX!!
The user is automatically logged out of the app within hours. This issue appeared December 2024, multiple updates since, no fix! Pls fix. Once logged in, remain logged in.
No refunds
Beware of ordering tickets ahead of time such as high speed train tickets. If there is maintenance and you cannot use the high speed trains, they will not issue refunds, just coupons, which in our case, could not be used, and no issued refunds despite arguing with customer service. Otherwise, the app is nice and planning trips is helpful.
