The app it’s self works fine. I pick shifts about 2 times a week, but I have to call before leaving the house to verify if I’m still needed- often they cancel shifts, which sucks because I’ve slept my day away thinking I’m working. I’d say I’ve been 3 shifts out of 10 approvals so far

lol, there’s only one place to book with and it’s about 80miles away

Nursa got a lot of fee but the apps is not improving, The apps display is terrible, and so often getting trouble whenever check in or check out, that’s effected pending payment or verification.

Facilities should have 24h to verify a shift! I have been waiting for 3days now and I still have to wait 2 days after they verify to get paid. It’s not fair because even I arrived on time! Nursa do better on that please
