The app it’s self works fine. I pick shifts about 2 times a week, but I have to call before leaving the house to verify if I’m still needed- often they cancel shifts, which sucks because I’ve slept my day away thinking I’m working. I’d say I’ve been 3 shifts out of 10 approvals so far

I’ve tried many apps but this one is had to be the best one

Facilities should have 24h to verify a shift! I have been waiting for 3days now and I still have to wait 2 days after they verify to get paid. It’s not fair because even I arrived on time! Nursa do better on that please

This app is amazing when it comes to flexible schedules and communication with facilites. The reason why I gave it a three star is due to the filters on the shift. bo matter what you do to the filters you still have one facility taking over the whole app, the facility is 2-5hrs away. then theres the payment delays, it says on nursa direct that if you worked 3 shifts you get instant pay and if your not eligable you still get paid 2-3 business days yet for some reason the payment tends to be delay

It was a great shift and the staff is super nice!

Things could work better AB’s communication could be better at times

Please take it back to the previous version of the app. The most recent update is highly frustrating to select filters or dates. It is not easy at all

Really like this app.. when it isn’t crashing or Not opening. It seems like every other week I’m deleting and re-downloading so it will open. Also not all facilities are responsive all the time I’m guessing they’re portal is also laggy?

They’re “updating” the app every other day, and with every “update” it becomes less usable. Loads forever. Navigating the app has gotten worse. And it’s crazy to me that I have to wait around and see if a facility will pick me. Bring back instant-book and quit letting facilities wait til the very last minute to book.

Easy process from beginning to the end.

This app is not user-friendly. It forget my nursing license, and I have to re-enter it all of the time. Several times a day it crashes and will not reload. I have used this app for the last year, and it does it’s job, but it can be quite frustrating.

I’ve had nothing but great success with Nursa! One of my favorite apps!

Will not let me pass the acceptance terms section!! Keeps saying my email is already in use… ummm duh I’m logging in I’m not understanding why it keeps doing this to me. I have shifts I wanted to pick up. I’ve restarted and re downloaded the app many times and same thing every single time. Did a test password as well and it sent me the link to my email. So I’m not understanding the issue.

This was my first shift with Nursa. I am so glad I took this shift. Nursa, is on point. If they say, it is. I love working with Nursa. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this great team!!

Nursa got a lot of fee but the apps is not improving, The apps display is terrible, and so often getting trouble whenever check in or check out, that’s effected pending payment or verification.

The app is fine when it works, but lately I haven’t been able to open it it because it’s froze. It just keeps trying to load but never opens. I deleted it and re downloaded which worked for a few days but then it started freezing again. Frustrating because I’ve missed out on several days of picking up shifts due to not being able to get in and request shifts.

App doesn’t open on my phone anymore. Been having to book my shifts on a laptop.

This app freezes too much and logs me out! As of today I’m not able to log in it keeps logging out as soon as I enter my log in
