★★★☆☆ Be careful with what offers you check off/activate
You can’t uncheck them. I accidentally checked the donation offers and you can’t uncheck them. Because of that I have lost a significant amount of points. The reason I buy from petsmart is for the rewards points. Do better.

Each time I order prescription food, I have to re-enter info from scratch. The app saves the pet name but not the vet name (never found when searching) or vet contact info.
It also doesn’t save the prescription images. I even uploaded a picture of the Banfield-PetSmart card. It would be great to have the option of reusing an old image if it’s still current.
