User Reviews and Ratings
★★★☆☆Can’t pay for services via app anymore
The app used to be great for paying, but for the last four months we get errors. If that gets fixed, easily five stars.
★★☆☆☆App Updates
For as many updates there are to this app you figure it would work top notch. Lately it’s been freezing up when adding items to the cart or updating items in the cart. I have to constantly close the app in the middle of ordering or just to check out.
★★★★☆Great!
I’ve enjoyed this app! It keeps me updated on events and deals!
★★★★★Check on your animals before selling!
I had bought a bird from their store and apparently bird flu is going around two weeks ago and that bird only lasted a week because they didn’t get vet check before they decided to sell their birds apparently but after the bird died I decided to buy another so it wouldn’t feel so lonely in the house and now I have a grey bird and he is currently dying in his cage and it hurts a lot but I don’t have a vehicle to go take him back to the the store but I am definitely returning the birds so I don’t
★★★☆☆Be careful with what offers you check off/activate
You can’t uncheck them. I accidentally checked the donation offers and you can’t uncheck them. Because of that I have lost a significant amount of points. The reason I buy from petsmart is for the rewards points. Do better.
