Prescription food orders could be improved.

Each time I order prescription food, I have to re-enter info from scratch. The app saves the pet name but not the vet name (never found when searching) or vet contact info. It also doesn’t save the prescription images. I even uploaded a picture of the Banfield-PetSmart card. It would be great to have the option of reusing an old image if it’s still current. Thanks

constantly getting errors or "uh oh something went wrong"! then my whole cart disappears.

Can’t cancel appointments

I am unable to locate the option to cancel on booking appointment for grooming?

Need improvement

App frequently bugs, often times I get “no results found” on multiple categories and searches on things that I have looked at before. disappointing since I don’t have trust in ordering anything online. May just use chewy.

Recent update unnecessary

The app is really convenient to place my orders ahead of time when I know what I want but this new update has made using the app so annoying. Treats section barely wants to work and when I try to place my orders through the app now I’m having card issues no matter what card I use. This update needs another bug fix cause the whole revamp of it is a fail if nothing works. Even tried to delete and redownload but still no luck.

It’s good, but could be better

It’s a pretty standard app. Some store apps have more options such as a scanner or telling you which isle a product is in. Grooming part of the app has multiple steps and you can’t do multiple pets at a time, this is where an update should be made. Unfortunately when you go to put in an appointment for one animal, by the time you get to the next there may not be an appointment at the same time or an hour after the one you just made.

The app is as bad as their website.

Both take forever to navigate from page to page. Both often give error pages.

Terrible App!

App is useless except for browsing store inventory. Nothing for ordering and payment works with ease. Don't bother.

I can never get to the actual checkout without getting a “uh oh error”

Do not use for autoship

Petsmart literally loses business from how bad this app is. The UX of autoship is horrible. I try to change my shipping cadence and it doesn’t ever save. I haven’t received my order in over a month so I have to use the “ship now” function. What is the point of autoship if I have to manually ship it every time I need my order… No alerts in the app of why an wasn’t getting sent either. I’m so confused. Will be switching to a different store for pet care
