User Reviews and Ratings

★★☆☆☆ Inconsistent
With all other Bluetooth settings off still not working properly. Much more annoying and difficult to use than the previous version.
★★★☆☆ No connection issues but bad Bluetooth
I have not had the connection problems others have had. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro with the latest iOS. I am wondering if some of you with connection problems are using an earlier version of iOS. My main problem is that if my phone is in my pocket and I am walking around either talking on the phone or listening to music I get mini dropouts. Do others experience this? When it is in the shirt pocket, if I have a shirt pocket, it is better. So the Bluetooth signal is weak. Phillips 9040 from Costco
★★☆☆☆ Fine when it works…
Which isn’t often.
★★☆☆☆ Energy hog & unstable
Randomly drops hearing aides and rapidly repeats the phone battery. Buttons on hearing aides change programs faster than messaging with the app.
★★★★☆ Better Not Great
Connection issues have improved for me, but may be an issue for others. There is some phasing between the hearing aids when listening to or playing music. I would like the ability to create my own custom sound settings.
