This game was great and I’ve had it for a very long time. I supported it with in-app purchases. It has been broken for months now, as reported by others, it doesn’t load and says it needs an internet connection.
Today I emailed their customer service and received an automatic response saying this “ Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue development of Plantopia :( This means we cannot offer customer support anymore. Please follow the steps below if you wish to request

My 7 year old daughter and I love this game. We have leveled up to making oils and cottons along with flowers. It worked out great sitting at appointments waiting, we played the game. Now the game keeps saying restart due to no internet. Please fix this issue! We love to play again.

I absolutely love this game but around two months ago it stopped working, it used to kick me out but now it just tells me I have no internet connection. I’ve tried everything to fix this, other than deleting the app because I’ve been playing it for over a year and I don’t want to lose my progress. I love this game, developers please help!
